Consumer Message Log
Any messages posted on this site will only be responded to during MART's normal business hours between 8am to 5pm - Monday through Friday.
Transportation requests will only be accepted via the consumer message log with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Consumers may post a message requesting direct contact with MART. Requests from consumers asking that MART contact them on a future date will not be accepted via the consumer message log. MART will make one attempt to contact the consumer and a response will be posted on the message log confirming response to consumer's message. There will be a delay in response for any messages posted on holidays and any day that MART is not in operation.
